Our Story

Green Hat Woodworking was founded in 2020 by Brian Mulhern, a research chemist turned woodworker.  Green Hat offers handmade household items that are functional but also look great on your shelf, table, or countertop. We use domestic woods found in the great lakes region and source all of our wood from local

West Michigan mills.
